The Medieval
Keep: you will have complete use of the fully equipped kitchen, the grand
dining room and the salon. A copious continental breakfast is served upon
request in the Keep dining room for 15 Euros per person per day (eggs and bacon
are available for 5 Euros). Also, we will gladly provide you with dinner served
in the dining room for 65 Euros per person and a half bottle of red Chinon
wine per person, service included. Aperitif and coffee are additional.
The Western Wing:
of the main castle can be rented during a period in its entirety to accommodate
14 to 18 guests.
Events: When you
plan your special occasion at le Château, you can take advantage of all the
beautiful and varied areas of the château and gardens. Just imagine you and your
guests enjoying the splendour of The Pavilion and the Esplanade along the canal.
The Orangery Court: As conceived in the eighteenth century, the
cultivation of citrus trees and plants provided the means to create luxury items
such as perfumes, liqueurs, essential oils, jams, fruit preserves. This
perfectly restored garden is ideal for greeting your guests at the chateau, for
a vin d'honneur, or the wedding ceremony itself.
The Orangery: 200 square meters and acoustically excellent for concerts,
recitals, ceremonies, seats 200 guests and accommodates up to 300 guests
standing.
The Events Pavilion and the Grounds surrounding the Dovecot: Heated and
air-conditioned, the Events Pavilion can seat up to 250 of your guests. The
parquet floor is an excellent dance surface.
The Château and its Lawns: Cocktails in the sitting room on the second
level of the western wing of the 17th-century house, or an evening starting
with cocktails in the sitting room on the first floor followed by dinner in the
dining room and music in the library.
The dining room: seats up to fifty of your guests. Dinner can also be
arranged for up to eighty guests in the music room above.
