Description
The Manoir (19th century), just next the Futuroscope, provides the astounding
spectacle of wooded nature, dotted with bodies of water around the structured
form of an international 18-hole golf course. The variety of services, the
immensity of space and the efficiency of the teams make this an ideal spot to
combine work and rest.
Activities
Located on site, the outside heated pool (15th of April - September), a games
room and bicycles are available with no charges.
Tennis and squash courses at 2km, Botanic Garden of the Poitiers University at 1
km, Futuroscope 21km, Historic Poitiers 12km, Quad and Karting at 7km. In la
Vienne, and nearby, Chauvigny a medieval city with an eagle show, Montmorillon
City of Writing and Printing, Le Vigeant with its race track, Apes Valley an
outdoor presentation of apes even Gorillas!

The Manoir offers 45 rooms and suites in a 90 hectare domain which includes a 18
holes golf course (6032 m par 71). Nature is surrounding the hotel, the golf
course lays between pine and oak trees, greens large and not so easy. Ideal for
a simple stay or to play your favourite sport. All rooms are air conditioned,
direct outside line, TV and mini-bar. A large variety of room types located in
two structure, the manor and the Verger near by the pool.
Restaurant
Proud of its regional gastronomy, Raphael Durand, the Chef, will propose in the
restaurant "Le Cèdre", Lamb and Goat cheeses from the Poitou and many other
tasteful dishes. Discovery is also wines from la Vienne, du Haut Poitou and of
course the Loire Valley up to Sancerre and Quincy.
Winter and Summer a joyful place to have lunch or dinner. The Fire place open on
both sides, the bar and the restaurant . The Victorian Terrace, overlooking the
pond and the golf course, illuminated at night, lower on the grass, table and
candle lights during the summer. Starting in April, the club house open 5 days a
week, propose simple dishes and salads after 9 holes or just to relax in front
of the chapel and the putting green.
Golf Course
The Course 18 holes of 6032 meters par 71 (SS130) design in the pine and oak
tree forest, fairways are sometimes wide, sometimes narrow. Greens are always
ready! Parts open air and parts under wood, always a pleasure to play at any
season. You will be under the charm 18 times.
Club house: Recently renovated, the club house host a bar and a pro-shop.
Starting in April to September, simple snacks and salads are served from noon to
4 pm non stop. Ideal for a break on the 9th hole. Emile, Marie Thérèse and Agnès
will be glad to welcome you.
