Description

The Abbey is fully equipped for receptions and seminars. The recently opened Monks Room can serve up to 300 people.

History
The Abbey was founded by Constance de Bretagne and was of great significance throughout the fifteenth century. A large portion was destroyed during the French Revolution. Neglected since world war II, it was fully restored in 1977. The original structure from the eighteenth century is the old Cistercian guest quarters. A structurally sound original section of the cloister serves as the restaurant which offers exceptional cuisine equal to its surroundings. A large monumental staircase leads to the Prior's home. The " large monks room " has just been rebuilt and can accommodate up to 300 people for conferences or receptions.

Bedrooms
Today the site is a hotel of charm which has conserved the traces of its history and the nobility of its architecture. The 20 top-comfort rooms and apartment suites have conserved their authentic decor. The sober classicism of the areas shared by guests is in perfect keeping with the style of the buildings.

Restaurant
At l'Epicurien Restaurant you will savour classical as well as regional French cuisine served in a XIII century dining room.
Breakfast: 13 € per person
Menus: 24 €, 30 €, 40 €, 74 €.
