Located 20 km
from Aix en Provence, the Estate is composed of a castle surrounded by
dependencies and a vast 60 acre park through which meanders the Marseilles
Canal. This historic site, where calm and serenity dominate, offers an unusual
variety of landscapes where lawns, prairies and forest alternate.
The Castle: On the first floor of the castle, 6 entirely renovated rooms
await their guests in an atmosphere of comfort and peacefulness.
A double room, TV, bathroom.
A four person suite, double room, living room with pull-out couch and TV,
bathroom.
A six person suite, three double rooms, TV, bathroom and separate toilet.
The Pavilion: Adjoining to the Castle's Courtyard, the Pavilion is a
beautiful, recently renovated house. With its 19th century's magnificent
greenhouse that prolongs it, it can accommodate up to 8/10 people in 180m2.
Ground floor: living room-dining room, fireplace, TV, VCR, stereo, kitchen
(dishwasher, oven, hot plates, washer and dryer, micro wave). Cellar-storage.
First floor: 1 room with a queen size bed, 3 rooms with 2 single beds, 2
bathrooms (shower, bathtub, 3 washbasins) separate toilet.
Facing the living room and kitchen, the Pavilion has a private garden where you
find the conservatory that can be used as a dining room or as a playroom.
Outside: 60 acres of grounds with centuries-old trees. Guests of the
Estate can explore the grounds, cycle through the alleys shaded by the
centuries-old plane trees, meet a heron, ducks and pheasants living in the wild.
They also can take advantage of the two pools. The small one even has a fountain
in it. The large one (400 m2) allows younger children to play safely in the
shallow end while the elder can swim in the deeper end. Basket-ball, table
tennis, sand park and swings are also available.
Receptions: An unforgettable site to celebrate family events. For
weddings, family reunions, christenings, receptions, the Castle offers an
immense and prestigious setting that can seat up to 300 if required. We can
provide a caterer but there are no restrictions. There is also no time
limitation in the evening. Please enquire.
