Rent the magnificent private Chateau in Provence. Enjoy total privacy and serenity in this magnificent 17th century chateau in South of France.

Located in Puyricard only 4 miles north of the beautiful Provence city of Aix-en-Provence, the Chateau offers 11 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms on 12 acres of park-like setting featuring a 12th century tower, a 16th century chapel, and the ruins of the palace of archbishop Jerome de Grimaldi, who held court at the property from 1655 to 1685.

The chateau has been completely updated to today's standards of comfort and luxury while maintaining its Old World charm and history. A mixture of formal and casual French antique furniture and decorations were used throughout the interior.

The extensive gardens and terraces are perfect for outdoor entertaining functions, and the 1,700-sq. ft. chapel could be used for an indoor event, such as a concert or a 17th Century costume ball. On the grounds are a state-of-the-art tennis court and beautiful new pool built in 1998 in the magnificent setting of 17th Century ruins.

The property is available for rent for special events, such as corporate conferences or board meetings, private retreats, family vacations, seminars, weddings, a romantic hideaway, or for someone who simply wants a chateau away from home to entertain business clients or personal friends.

Activities in beautiful Provence are endless: biking, hiking, golfing, tennis, dining, wine tasting, village and chateau hopping, local events, antiques, shopping and yachting, just to name a few. The colorful and historic towns of Avignon, Arles, Nimes, Saint Remy, Les-Baux-de-Provence and Gordes are within 45 minutes to the north, and the yachting heavens St. Tropez and Cannes are less than 90 minutes to the south. Marseille International Airport is only 30 minutes away with numerous daily flights, only one and a quarter hour to Paris and connecting to other major cities of the world.
