A beautiful
house (350m2) fully furnished in the characteristic building style of the
Périgord, situated in the Vézère valley, close to Sarlat and encircled by a
landscape park of 12 hectares (of which 3 hectares are forest). You will find
peace and quiet in this beautiful area, where no other houses obstruct the view.
A splendid view over the valley from the swimming pool and the terrace. This
place is a fine departure point for a visit to the beautiful town of the 'Périgord
Noir' (also within a radius of 50km you have: Sarlat, Beynac, La Roque-Gageac,
Domme, Les Eyzies), the caves of Lascaux 30 min.
Breakdown of rooms:
Entrance hall, 1 very beautiful living room (fireplace, TV, video, HI-FI), 1
fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven), 1 scullery (wash area,
washing machine, wash drier), 1 WC. On the 1st floor: 3 double bedrooms of which
one with a TV (both 1 x 2), 1 shower (1 shower, 1 washbasin, 1 WC), 1 bathroom
(1 bath, 1 shower, 2 washbasins, 1 WC). On the 2nd floor: 1 double bedroom (1 x
2 + 1 cot), 2 double bedrooms (1 x 2 or both 2 x 1), 1 shower (1 shower, 1
washbasin, 1 WC). Central heating. Terrace, garden of 9 ha., garden furniture,
reclining chairs, BBQ. Outside: a lovely swimming pool with pool-house (1
shower, 1 washbasin, 1 WC), 1 large covered terrace with cooking necessities
(complete dinner sets for 12 persons), bar, kitchen (refrigerator, oven,
dishwasher, BBQ).
Notes: During your stay there will be a daily cleaning service for 3
hours in the castle (Monday to Friday). For stays longer than 1 week the bed
linen will be changed on the Saturday. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are all
included.
