Description
The Château is a landmark building nested in the Garonne river valley, at the footstep of the Pyrenees mountains. We are located 45 minutes away from downtown Toulouse and the Blagnac industrial complex via the A64 highway (direction Tarbes). Built in the 1520’s, the property has been fully renovated from 1998 to 2002 and offers modern, luxurious facilities in an untouched historical environment. The Château is situated at the outskirts of the small village of Saint-Martory and surrounded by 40 hectares of tree plantations, ensuring calm and relaxation for all. The Château is always rented out as a whole and services are tailored to the visitors’ needs, which enables us to be a perfect destination for all types of guests regardless of the purpose of their stay (e.g. vacations, business meetings, weddings, photo shoots, etc.)

Accommodation
The living areas include two dining rooms, a living room, a billiard room and a fully functional office/business centre. The formal dining room can be converted on demand into a spacious conference room with all the necessary equipment.

The historical Salle des Gardes has merely changed over the past five centuries. Initially a room where the castle’s personnel cooked and guards came for some heat by the massive fireplace, it has become the primary dining room…and remains the true centre of the Château The Living Room’s environment is marked by XIXth century gothic revival : the chimney was redone then based on drawings representing one of the Chambord castle fireplaces, while the wooden panelling adds a warm feeling to the place (see History section)

The formal Dining Room is the perfect setting for an exceptional reception with its impressive perspective and huge fireplace. Yet, it can also be converted into a conference room with a capacity of 20-25 participants. The Office offers a quiet space for work, communications and reading. It is equipped with a fully-functional PC with internet access and all commonly-used software, a printer and a fax machine. Located on the château's top floor, the Billiard Room is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of armagnac after dinner. It includes a large-screen television set with a large choice of DVDs, and a stereo system.

Six spacious rooms with en-suite baths welcome visitors in the most luxurious settings a true Château has to offer. Each room has been decorated step by step by the owner over a five-year timeframe, with furniture coming from various origins (namely countries and dates). Simplicity and attention to details make each of them unique. All the rooms are equipped with a TV set and a DVD player.Additional rooms are available at the farmhouse located across the lawn from the Château. Please contact us for additional details

The swimming pool (16 / 6 meters) is set in the middle of a closed lawn, along with the Château’s orchard, and offers fantastic views of the Pyrenees. The outdoor dining area is the perfect ideal for breakfasts and lunches in the shade of century-old trees
