close to St Cyprien (7km) and Sarlat (20km).
The environment is extremely preserved and tranquil surrounded by beautiful
trees. The grounds are divided into a park with a large swimming pool, meadows
and forests which offer wonderful walks.
Chateau
There are 6 bed rooms,
3 bath and shower rooms, 3 WC, 1 dressing room, 1 large entrance hall, 1
kitchen of 48 m² with large professional cooker and dining area, 1 dining room
(30 m²) with 12 places, 1 living room (40 m²,1 library (30 m²) with another
salon. The house is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee
machine, toaster mixer and washing machine. There is a high chair for babies.

In addition there is a separate ‘Pigeonnier’, which is more a romantic hideaway
for maybe two party members who want some privacy but take meals with the group.
It has one bedroom and no hot water. It can accommodate two people. There is an
additional charge of £350.
