Home-made breakfasts – served when you choose. Coffee, tea, fresh squeezed
orange juice, home-made cakes, bread, butter and jam, eggs and bacon, yoghurt.
Cutting edge snacks Accompanied by fresh produce, farm cheese, salad leaves,
salmon, olive oil, lavender honey, fresh squeezed fruit juices. At midday or
available around the pool until 5pm.

A ‘medieval’ cocktail party with troubadours entertaining the Court once again,
playing instruments of the era – flute, oboe, hurdy-gurdy, drum.
A “Grand Siècle” dinner with an ambience created from hors d’oeuvre to dessert
by a chamber music quartet who then make way for an artistic magic show.
