of the Loire countryside, is set on a hill overlooking the river Creuse. The
property has an entrance hall, a large living room with open fireplace, a
playroom with satellite TV & games, a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen.
The house has 11 themed bedrooms and 7 bathrooms to sleep 22 in total. It is
centrally heated and in this way hosts the perfect holiday all year round.
Outside there is a terrace, a swimming pool, garden & pool furniture and a BBQ
house. Set in 10 hectares of its own private grounds, the Chateau is totally
secluded and has a unique charm.

The Pays de la Loire lies in the heart of
France. This is where the French Kings, through the ages, have built the finest
chateaux. Within an hour of the Chateau you have the perfect opportunity to
explore some of them, most notably Azay-le-Rideau, Loches, Chenonceaux, Valençay
and Villandry. The property itself overlooks the River Creuse and is situated in
the nature park 'la Brenne', an unripe area where water, earth and heaven
combine to guarantee a wonderful hike, cycle and many fishing opportunities. All
the necessary shops, services and restaurants can be found locally. The food,
wine and general quality of life in the region is world renowned.
