The success of a seminar or of a study day depends essentially on the chosen
venue which must satisfy several demands:
- Be rapid and easy to reach by all means of transport
- Be situated in a quality environment enabling an appropriate break with
the world of company work
- Unite all the necessary conditions for the smooth running of the event:
the quality of the welcome, of the board and the restaurant; the functional
nature of the meeting rooms, with reliable equipment etc.

of leisure and relaxation offered in and around the establishment.
For business meals: a gastronomic menu, with menus according to the season. For
aperitifs, cocktails and dinner cocktails specially prepared creations according
to your wishes. Meals are served in the reception suites according to
availability. For private receptions and banquets the menu is decided in
advance. The dishes are prepared uniquely with fresh produce chosen according to

Dinner*
*Lunch and dinner can be formulated in two ways:
In accordance with the seasonal market if you leave the choice of menu to our
chef Rémy Bidron, Master Chef of France. Lunch is composed of a starter, a main
course (meat or fish) and a dessert. Wine ,water and coffee are included. Lunch
is served in one of our private suites. Dinner is made up of a starter, a fish
or a meat dish, fresh refined cheeses and a dessert. The wine ,the water and the
coffee are also included. Dinner is served in one of our private suites.
To welcome you, there will be coffee tea and fruit juices. The conference room
will be appropriately furnished and equipped with an overhead projector a white
screen and a flip chart. A simple request and we will supply you with anything
else you need. There is a break mid morning for coffee, tea, orange juice a
basket of fruit and fresh pastries. Lunch: a menu composed by our chef Rémy
Bidron, Master chef of France, or according to your personal choice. It consists
of a starter, a main course (meat or fish) and a dessert. Beverages: half a
bottle of wine per person, half a bottle of mineral water per person as well as
coffee. A second break in the afternoon with home-made cake and brioches.
Activities
horse-riding, golf, climbing, theatre and concert, visit of the historic
building, bidding of objects d'art. Challenge multi-activities (archery,
canoe-kayak), drive out with the treasure, course of climbing, course of
orientation. These activities are held in security, in the the forest of
Fontainebleau and its surroundings. Moreover, during the dinner, a personalized
animation can be carried out.
